A magical class for releasing tension, as we work deeply into the hips. Great for runners, cyclists and weightlifters, who need to build flexibility around the pelvis hamstrings, and lower back. The class starts with some strong standing postures but is mainly floor-based. Performed in the heat, the series creates a wonderful experience of relaxation with a focus on completely letting go.
