An immersive breathwork experience, designed to guide you into deep meditative states, awaken your inner vitality, and move beyond ordinary levels of awareness through the transformative power of breath and sound. Rooted in ancient pranayama techniques and informed by modern neuroscience, this practice blends layered soundscapes including binaural beats, rhythmic breathing, breath retentions and guided meditation to move you beyond ordinary states of awareness.
Some people experience sensations of lightness, heightened awareness, emotional release and a profound sense of connection. Some report waves of energy moving through the body or moments of profound mental clarity or intuition as the breath quietens the analytical mind and creates space for a more expansive state of awareness.
You have the option to begin the session with 30 minutes of movement and ecstatic dance to raise vibrational energy, or join the seated part of the practice only. We practice OM chanting to activate energy centres and induce a state of calm. From there, we move into an intention-setting meditation using visualisation and affirmations to anchor the journey ahead.
This is a free session and will be filmed for a promotional video.
