We are delighted to announce that our experienced and talented teachers are now providing you with the opportunity to book one-to-one yoga classes at Hot Glasgow. Your private class will start with a consultation allowing you to discuss injuries, personal goals, areas where you would like to focus and specifics that you would like to work. This will allow your instructor to tailor the session to really helping you grow in the ways that matter most to you.
Group yoga classes can be intimidating, so if you are reticent to try yoga, a private lesson can be a great way start. There is the option to book sessions of 60 or 90 minutes; with or without heat; for a one off session or an ongoing development program.
Whether you want to perfect your favourite pose, train for a competition, increase mobility, heal injuries or just get to know your body better, a private session can be a great way to take your practice to the next level.
