Try to drink plenty of water throughout the day before and have drink of water before you leave the house so you are well hydrated. Don't eat anything for at least two hours before class but we do recommend that you wake up early so you can have a light breakfast before 8am.Come with an open mind and a positive attitude and we will talk you through everything you need to do on the day.
You will need:* Clothing for the Hot Yoga session. We recommend light, breathable, quick-drying materials that don't get weighed down when you sweat. Lycra is a better choice than cotton. Shorts or yoga leggings and a sports top are a great choice. The most important thing is that you wear something that you feel comfortable in. * Plastic bag for wet clothes. * Comfortable clothes for Yoga Nidra session. * Notepad (optional) * Hair tie * Lunch will take place in a restaurant two mins walk from the studio, you may want to bring a change of clothes for lunch.
Yes we have changing rooms and showers (with hairdryers in the ladies).
Yes, this is not just an option for fit people, a big part of our mission is to inspire people to start exercize and meditation. We welcome around 100 new clients to the studio every month of all fitness and experience levels. Our teachers are all highly experienced in teaching to a mixed ability class and working with practitioners of all shapes and sizes.Our classes are all categorised a beginners classes. The key is that everyone works to their own level and is guided by listening to their own body and breath.
We have put together a schedule for the day which we think would be most ideal for these events however, if there is something else that you are particularly interested in, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Our maximum capacity for a day retreat is 20 people and minimum group size is 8 or more
