We are delighted to invite you for an immersive day of yoga and meditative practices, providing your team with a revitalising and uplifting shared experience that will leave a lasting impression. We also offer 60 or 90 minute private group classes at the studio and onsite breath-work workshops in your place of work.
We draw on recent research and ancient wisdom to educate and inspire. Work-out, relax, connect and re-set, while gaining a deeper understanding of the body’s stress response and how we can alter our state through movement, focussed attention and breath-work. A session with us will provide an impactful introduction to mindful practices and simple yet effective techniques to take home.

Research shows that yoga can improve immune system function directly at a cellular level and also indirectly through stress reduction. Perhaps the most profound benefit of yoga practice in relation to work-place health is its well documented effectiveness for stress relief.
All exercise can boost your mood by lowering levels of stress hormones, increasing the production of feel-good chemicals known as endorphins, and bringing more oxygenated blood to your brain. But science says that yoga may have additional benefits. It can affect mood by elevating levels of a brain chemical called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which is associated with better mood and decreased anxiety.
