We invite you to join us for an immersive half-day or full-day corporate wellness retreat dedicated to rejuvenating both the mind and body and held at our uplifting studio. Choose from our range of classes and workshops to create a revitalising experience tailored to your team.
We also offer private group classes lasting either 60 or 90 minutes. We draw on recent research and ancient wisdom to educate and inspire. Work out, relax, connect, and reset while gaining a deeper understanding of the body’s stress response and how we can alter our state through movement, focused attention, and breath work. A session with us will provide an impactful introduction to mindful practices, featuring simple yet effective techniques for you to take home.
The four main reasons for short-term work absences reported in 2023 statistics are minor illnesses, musculoskeletal injuries, stress, and mental health issues. Research indicates that yoga can be beneficial for addressing all of these concerns.
Studies show that yoga can directly enhance immune system function at a cellular level and indirectly improve it through stress reduction. One of the most significant benefits of practicing yoga, particularly in relation to workplace health, is its well-documented effectiveness in relieving stress.
Engaging in any form of exercise can elevate your mood by lowering stress hormone levels, increasing the production of feel-good chemicals known as endorphins, and enhancing oxygenated blood flow to the brain. However, scientific research suggests that yoga may offer additional advantages. It can improve mood by increasing levels of a brain chemical called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which is linked to better mood and reduced anxiety.
