Established in 2014, we are Scotland largest Hot Yoga Studio, offering a premier service and proud to have hosted more than a quarter of a million visits over the last decade. 

We are delighted to invite you for an immersive day of yoga and meditative practices, providing your team with a revitalising and uplifting shared experience that will leave a lasting impression. We also offer 60 or 90 minute private group classes at the studio and onsite breath-work workshops in your place of work.

We draw on recent research and ancient wisdom to educate and inspire. Work-out, relax, connect and re-set, while gaining a deeper understanding of the body’s stress response and how we can alter our state through movement, focussed attention and breath-work. A session with us will provide an impactful introduction to mindful practices and simple yet effective techniques to take home.

OUR STUDIO

Our studio is an oasis of relaxation and positive energy. In the hot room, temperatures soar up to 40 degrees. Our state of the art Infrared heaters create the perfect environment for outstanding hot yoga sessions. The heat accelerates improvements in flexibility; improves circulation and promotes detoxification through sweating. The hot room provides a challenging environment and satisfying cardiovascular workout. Elevate your mind and invigorate your body.

The Glasgow Warriors rugby team, football legend Richard Gough, Scottish actress Alison McKenzie and several members of the cast of River City have loved getting their sweat on with us over the years. In the wider world Andy Murray used the practice to get his temper into check improve focus and build self-belief. He has credited Bikram Yoga practice as pivotal to his success.   • Deloitte research reports that for every £1 spent by employers on mental health interventions they get £5 back in reduced absence and staff turnover, highlighting the business case for investment in employee wellbeing.

 

  • A 2023 working paper from the University of Oxford, studied 1,600 listed companies in the USA, analysing 15 million surveys on wellbeing and found a positive correlation between workplace wellbeing and firm performance, uncovering what The Financial Times is calling “the clearest link yet” between employee wellbeing and financial performance.

WHY YOGA IS A GAME CHANGER

 

There is sound evidence that yoga and meditation are effective for helping to improve or prevent the four complaints that are the top causes of short-term absence from work according to 2023 statistics; minor illness, musculoskeletal injuries, stress and mental ill- health. 

Research shows that yoga can improve immune system function directly at a cellular level and also indirectly through stress reduction.  Perhaps the most profound benefit of yoga practice in relation to work-place health is its well documented effectiveness for stress relief.

All exercise can boost your mood by lowering levels of stress hormones, increasing the production of feel-good chemicals known as endorphins, and bringing more oxygenated blood to your brain. But science says that yoga may have additional ben­efits. It can affect mood by elevating levels of a brain chemical called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which is associated with better mood and decreased anxiety.

Available for bookings of 15 or more.  Chose from one of our incredible classes and bring your team in for an uplifting 60 or 90 minute session with one of our experienced knowledgable teachers.  Your session will be a chance for your staff members to de-stress and experience the transformation benefits of Hot Yoga and Pilates.

 

ONE SITE BREATH WORK AND MEDITATION WORKSHOPS

Let us come to you.  This 90 minute Breath-Work WORKSHOP session provides an informative introduction followed by an uplifting journey of relaxation, visualisation and meditation.  Use the power of yogic breathing to calm your mind reach peak mental states.  All without having to leave your desk.
