YOGA STUDIO SPACE FOR HIRE
A wonderful large bright yoga studio space for hire. With one mirrored wall and double glazed windows on the opposite side, providing great ventilation and loads of natural light. The yoga room is 7 meters by 15.7 meters in size with state of the art Scandinavian Bolon woven vinyl flooring, which creates an excellent non- slip surface which is super clean with a smart modern appearance and ideal for exercize classes. Our yoga studio also includes an attractive chillout area and changing rooms with showers and toilets, which are available for use.
The space is currently available from:
- 12:30 – 5 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Early mornings on weekdays and weekend afternoons
- 12- 3:30 on Tuesday and 12:30 – 3:30 on Thursdays

TREATMENT ROOM HIRE
HIRE RATES: We have two alternative options to choose from for rental; hourly rental or profit share. A combination of both can also be available.
HOURLY HIRE RATES: Paid upfront at the start of the month.
Large Room: Under 20 hours: £10 per hour; 20 hours plus: £8 per hour; 30 hours plus: £6 per hour
Small Room: For rates please contact us
ALTERNATIVELY OPT FOR PROFIT SHARE: That’s room Rental as percentage of revenue; We do a 65/35 split with 65% of revenue going to the therapist. This has been popular over the pandemic due to the uncertainty. Can be a good safety net as you don’t pay unless you have a client.

Our massage room.This cute wee room has a sink and extra sound proofing. Also has plug points and windows and a hot stone machine, speaker and fan available for use.
