“This is the longest time I have ever been able to go without feeling the need to take my steroid inhaler! I’ve only taken it once since starting the 30 day challenge. I feel so much more able to breath freely now. Before I started I was quite anxious and worried a lot. It was my mind state I really wanted to change. My default was to worry! That has totally changed and I feel so much better.
